| Purpose | Strives to build the capacity of individuals and organizations to improve the health and quality of life in Carroll County, Maryland. |
| Service | The Partnership is a private nonprofit organization affiliated with Carroll Hospital and the Carroll County Health Department. It coordinates a broad variety of community health improvement efforts designed to achieve measurable results. Seeks positive change in specific need areas identified by the community. The Partnership's web site has links to health resources, local health programs, and local health event information. Tracks and reports on community health data to regularly "check the pulse" of our community. Leads the community health assessment process for Carroll County. Celebrates progress and outstanding contributors to community health in an annual community event called We're On Our Way. The Partnership for a Healthier Carroll County: Connecting people.
