PurposeTo strengthen communities by providing affordable housing opportunities and supportive services to improve the quality of life and economic stability for seniors, working families and individuals.
ServiceIHA offers homeownership programs, financial education workshops and owns and manages a variety of rental communities.
EligibilityHomebuying and rental opportunities are open to low and moderate income households.
