| Purpose | To deliver home health care and in-home support services to Carroll, Baltimore, Harford and Howard counties. |
| Service | This Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations-accredited, Medicare-certified home health agency cares for people at any stage of life, from infancy to death. Offers skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical social services, and home health aides. Home Call nurses are available for health screenings and community events. An additional phone number is 800-444-0096. |
