| Purpose | To teach baton twirling to Carroll County youth and to compete in National Baton Twirling Association contests. |
| Service | Corps members, who have won many state and regional titles, practice for one hour on Tuesday or Thursday evenings in the Piney Ridge Elementary School gymnasium, 6315 Freedom Avenue, Sykesville. Basic baton twirling and marching skills are taught at twirling camps in the fall, spring and summer. Competitions are from March to July. |
