| Purpose | To provide a meeting hall to discuss public problems and community social issues, for private/public social occasions of all kinds, and to give local community groups a place to meet. |
| Service | This facility is owned and operated by the Freedom District Optimist Club, whose motto is Friend of Youth. The organization also sponsors various community sports and youth programs, such as football, girls softball, lacrosse and soccer. |
