PurposeTo authentically depict the Confederate soldier of 1861-65, to educate the public about the Civil War, to bring history alive through first-person impressions, and to make American history interesting.
ServiceOffers reenactments of Civil War battles and encampments. Guest speakers in uniform give formal or informal talks. Honor guards provided for commemorative services. Tax-deductible donations are accepted.
EligibilityFamily membership is welcome.
FeesMembership fees: individual/$20, family/$25.
Ages ServedServes all ages. Must be 16 to fire a musket.
Area ServedServes Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
