| Purpose | To provide community-based residential and non-traditional day services for people who have developmental disabilities. |
| Service | Provides Group Homes and Alternative Living Units (ALU's), which are three to four person homes, with support staff supervision. Special services include case management, medication administration, support services, and non-traditional day services. |
| Eligibility | Individual must have a developmental disability to qualify. |
| Fees | Fees are based on availability of state, county, or private funding, as well as level of need. |
| Ages Served | Serves youth (school age) through adult. |
| Area Served | Serves Carroll County. |
