| Purpose | To administer federal farm programs directly to farmers and landowners in Carroll County. |
| Service | Offers farm ownership and operating loans, assists with the cost of implementing conservation practices, provides emergency and disaster assistance, and provides commodity price support and market assistance programs. A farmer-elected committee meets the fourth Thursday of each month to review administration and delivery of the programs. |
