| Purpose | To provide storytime programs and library materials to children and adult caregivers/teachers in licensed family day care homes, day care centers, preschools and schools in Carroll County. |
| Service | Visits licensed family day care providers, adult caregivers and centers monthly. At each visit, a librarian presents a storytime to the children. Children choose books, music CDs and books on CD from the Storytime Express. Curriculum and resources along with other library materials are available for child care providers and teachers. |
| Fees | No fees are charged except for any lost items that need replacement. |
| Area Served | The Storytime Express serves all areas of Carroll County. |
