| Purpose | To provide developmentally appropriate child care for children 6 weeks to 12 years of age. |
| Service | This program maintains low ratio classrooms for the purpose of providing a calm, nurturing, and predictable environment within which children feel secure. The facility personnel structure curriculum around research based developmental growth stages of the student population it serves. |
| Eligibility | No restrictions. Center is EXCELS rated. |
| Fees | Vary according to age group. The Maryland Scholarship Fund accepted. |
