| Purpose | To strengthen relationships created by adoption, foster care, kinship care, and guardianship through counseling and educational programs that emphasize a wellness approach. |

| Service | Offers a full range of counseling and educational services including: individual and family counseling, parent and children's groups, school programs for educators, educational workshops for adoptive, foster care, kinship care, and guardianship families, specialized seminars on international adoption issues, professional development, consultation, and a pre-adoption course titled "Building Adoptive Families." Pre- and post-adoption seminars are offered online and in person on a variety of issues as well as a resource library of on-demand courses that can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
