| Purpose | To provide a charitable, civic, and social community organization for men and women over the age of 21 in the area. |
| Service | Involved in a number of local service activities, including Carroll County Food Sunday, Carroll Area Transit System, Camp Barrett for underprivileged children, and a variety of youth activities in the community. Contributes to the Elks' National Charitable Foundation and sponsors local scholarships. Publishes a monthly lodge bulletin. Meetings are 7 pm the second and fourth Wednesday of each month, except July and August when meetings are on the fourth Wednesday only. Lodge facilities are open to members and their guests on Monday 3-10 pm; Tuesday 11-11; Wednesday 11-10; Thursday 11-11; Friday 11 am to midnight; Saturday 3 pm to midnight; closed Sundays during the summer; reopens Sunday, 1-6 pm in September through May. |
