| Purpose | Voted Carroll’s Best for 10 consecutive year, Carroll Lutheran Village is a not-for-profit, faith-based continuing care retirement community (i.e. life-plan community). The retirement community offers independent living, assisted living, rehabilitation, long-term care and memory support to older adults age 60 and over. With convenient services and daily activities, it specializes in providing maintenance-free living that focuses on an active-aging lifestyle. |
| Service | Carroll Lutheran Village includes 100 homes and 296 apartments in Residential Living; 50 assisted living suites in the Diven House and 103 skilled nursing beds in the Health Care Center; a memory care wing; and in-patient and out-patient rehabilitation services. Community amenities include a Wellness Center with pool, fitness center, wellness programs and lifelong learning opportunities; restaurant-style dining; transportation; banking; gift shops; beauty and barber shops; chapel; fitness trail; library; computer lab; woodworking shop; tennis court; putting green; and recreational opportunities. Volunteer opportunities exist campus wide at all levels of residency. Many wellness programs are open to older adults in the community including the fitness center and pool. |
