| Purpose | To stimulate in its members a love of gardening, to aid in the conservation of forest, natie shrubs, wild flowers and birds, to develop the aestheitc abilities of the members in their use of flowers. |
| Service | The Carroll Garden club meets once a month on the first Wed. and has monthly programs for the education of its members. The club maintains the courtyard garden at West End Place and provides the clients of West End Place a monthly garden-related activity. The club participates in the activities of the Federated Garden Clubs of Maryland. |
