Purpose	Toastmasters International is the leading not for profit organization focusing on communication and leadership development.
Service	Helps individuals develop communication skills, speak confidently, listen effectively, and think clearly. Sponsors programs to help people improve their leadership abilities and executive potential. Meetings are 7 pm the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at the Carroll Nonprofit Center, 255 Clifton Boulevard, Westminster. Call for further information.
Eligibility	Open to men and women over the age of 18.
