| Purpose | To provide two softball teams for men over the age of 60 and women over the age of 55. |
| Service | The Carroll County Sports Complex is home field for this team; the Carroll County Department of Recreation and Parks provides services. The Beltway League is comprised of 18 teams from Carroll, Baltimore, Howard, Anne Arundel, Harford, Prince George's, and Montgomery counties. |
