| Purpose | To look after the welfare and interest of retired and former educational personnel in Carroll County. |
| Service | Active in promoting legislation. General business meetings are normally at 11:15 am the second Wednesday in October, February, and May. All Carroll County Board of Education retired personnel receiving retirement payments from the Maryland State Teachers' Retirement and Pension Systems are eligible for active membership upon payment of dues. This association is affiliated with the Maryland Retired School Personnel Association, the National Retired Teachers' Association, and AARP's Education Community. |
