| Purpose | The Bureau of Community Health Services (CHS) partners with Carroll County residents to promote, protect, and maintain their health. Services are provided at our clinic in Westminster, as well as other locations. CHS also helps connect residents with community resources to help them get healthy and stay healthy. |
