| Purpose | To provide informal educational programs to help create a better and healthier quality of life for individuals, families, and communities. |
| Service | Offers educational programs for all members based on their needs and interests, as well as the trends and focus areas of the state and national organizations. All members receive educational materials, and any benefits of the state and national organizations. Added benefits are friendship, and networks formed within the FCE organization and their communities. Carroll County's FCE gives an annual $500 scholarship to a county high school graduate to attend the college of his/her choice. This organization was formerly known as Homemakers. |
