| Purpose | To serve families of all income levels by offering a healthy environment in which children can discover, learn and grow. |
| Service | MSDE Accredited and Level 5 EXCELS education and care program for young children with credentialed staff. Conveniently location on Center Street in Westminster, near Route 140. Affordable tuition that includes nutritious, USDA approved meals and snack. Subsidies accepted and sliding scale tuition available for qualifying families. The summer program has daily activities and includes field trips for nature, science, arts, culture, sports and fun. |
