Purpose | To help Carroll County adults and out-of-school youth obtain high school diplomas, improve basic reading, writing and math skills or improve English language and literacy skills so that they can become self-directed learners, effective workers, responsible citizens, and productive members of their families and communities. |
Service | We offer classes to adults 18 years of age and over prepare for the GED exam and earn a Maryland Adult High School Diploma. We also offer English language classes for non-native speakers from other countries, We teach basic communication, reading and writing. |
Eligibility | 18 years of age or older and withdrawn from high school |
Ages Served | Serves individuals ages 18 years and older. |
