PurposeTo help Carroll County adults and out-of-school youth obtain high school diplomas, improve basic reading, writing and math skills or improve English language and literacy skills so that they can become self-directed learners, effective workers, responsible citizens, and productive members of their families and communities.
ServiceWe offer classes to adults 18 years of age and over prepare for the GED exam and earn a Maryland Adult High School Diploma. We also offer English language classes for non-native speakers from other countries, We teach basic communication, reading and writing.
Eligibility18 years of age or older and withdrawn from high school
Ages ServedServes individuals ages 18 years and older.
