Purpose | To help Carroll County adults (18+) obtain high school diplomas, improve basic reading, writing and math skills or improve English language and literacy skills so that they can become self-directed learners, effective workers, responsible citizens, and productive members of their families and communities. |
Service | We offer classes to adults (18+) to prepare for the GED exam and earn a Maryland Adult High School Diploma. We also offer English language classes for non-native speakers of English.
