Purpose	It all begins with a simple yet important phone call. Choosing a safer senior housing option, or a company to help an older adult age in place at home, unfortunately, cannot be made by appearance and online reviews alone. What is most important is something that really can't be seen. It is "Can this community or agency really care for your senior?" That's why CarePatrol's advisors complete a "Care Discovery" and base our recommendations on care options that can specifically meet your individual needs and preferences.
Service	We provide free advisory services to those needing additional services at home or in a care community including: *Discovery of specific needs through a personalized care questionnaire * Introduction to agencies and care communities which meet an individual's specific needs and budget * Guided tours of communities, to include full care details and transparent pricing *Transition support to including that on moving day *Continuing care support that endures long after services begin or move-in occurs
Eligibility	There are no specific eligibility guidelines; however, if an individual's budget will not support the costs of services or living arrangements needed, we connect them with any and all community programs and services available in their area.
