BBH was created in response to a genuine need for quality care for children and families living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Maryland. BBH uses different teaching methods to train in communication, social, and daily living skills. We understand that seeking assistance can sometimes feel overwhelming or uncertain, but we are here to listen, support, and guide you every step of the way. Service | Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is the most commonly prescribed treatment for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. ABA is therapeutic treatment that focuses on reducing problem behaviors using the principles and procedures of Behavior Analysis. ABA Therapy can significantly increase: -Communication skills -Social behavior skills -Daily living skills Challenging behaviors can be significantly decreased and replaced by using positive reinforcement to strengthen the desirable behavior. |
