| Purpose | To provide high school age boys with the opportunity to play competitive basketball in a structured league setting. |
| Service | Games are played on Sunday evenings. All play takes place at East Middle School, 121 Longwell Avenue, Westminster. Competitive play begins in January. All games are officiated. A team registration fee is set each year by the Department of Recreation & Parks. League is open to any high school age boy who is a non starter, non star player, or looking for a team. |
