| Purpose | To promote interest in and to increase knowledge about rhododendrons and azaleas. |
| Service | Offers an annual rhododendron show and sale in May. Meetings are five times a year, generally on the first or second Sunday of the month. Call to verify meeting schedule and location. A propagation teaching session is offered each July. Membership includes a quarterly magazine on rhododendrons and a chapter newsletter. |
| Eligibility | Visitors are always welcome. |
| Fees | Annual membership dues are $40 for individuals. |
| Area Served | Serves Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. |
