| Purpose | To provide child care before and after school from 6:45 am until school begins and 2:30 pm until 6:15 pm, Monday through Friday, September to June. |
| Service | Two summer camp programs are offered to families in June, July and August in South Westminster and Eldersburg with transportation available from Hampstead and Mount Airy.
