| Purpose | To provide a comprehensive program to community members who have diabetes by offering educational services as well as information and referral. |
| Service | Provides educational meetings at various times throughout the year. Carroll County Diabetes Support Group meetings are 7-8:30 pm the first Monday of each month at the Women's Place at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster. You do not have to be a member to attend the educational meetings. |
