Purpose | To provide a wide range of recreational programs to the community, including adults, youth, and families. |
Service | Programs are developed to meet the community needs and interests and are offered in the following areas: Arts and Crafts, Health and Wellness, Bus Trips, Adaptive Recreation, Youth and Camps, Family, Specials, and much more. Catalogs are published Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter and may be found at various locations throughout the county (Piney Run Park and Bear Branch Nature Center, Senior Centers, libraries, County Office building) or accessed online at ccrec.recdesk.com. Classes are offered at locations throughout Carroll County. Contact the Community Recreation Assistant for new program ideas or to inquire about becoming an instructor. |
