PurposeCaring Carroll supports a network of volunteers who help meet the non-medical needs of at-risk adults who have little or no support, living at home.
ServiceVolunteers provide: Friendly visits, reassuring social phone calls, light housework, minor home repairs, yardwork, local transportation, shopping/errands
EligibilityCarroll County resident, little or no local support, low income, living independently
