| Purpose | To champion health and provide quality integrated health care services for low-income residents of Carroll County, Maryland. |
| Service | Access Carroll provides integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Outpatient behavioral health services are available evenings Monday through Thursday until 8:00 PM. Ambulatory detoxification is also available on weekends, Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The office is closed on major holidays.
