| Purpose | To provide child care before and after school from 6:30 am until school begins and 3:30 pm to 6:15 pm, Monday through Friday, September through June. |
| Service | Two summer camp programs are offered to families in June, July and August in South Westminster and Eldersburg with transportation available from Hampstead and Mount Airy.
