| Purpose | To provide child care before and after school, from 6:30 until school begins and 3:15 until 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday, August to June. |
| Service | Two summer camp programs are offered to families in June, July and August in South Westminster and Eldersburg with transportation available from Hampstead and Mount Airy. Visit the Internet site for more information. This center is accredited by the Council on Accreditation and has a MD EXCELS rating of Level 3. |
