| Purpose | To provide care and education for ages to 2 and a half through 5, from 7:00 am-6:00 pm Monday through Friday, and to promote learning so that it becomes a comfortable and happy part of the child's life. |
| Service | Programs are educationally stimulating featuring story times, circle activities, snack, learning centers, computer activities, outdoor play, and an afternoon rest period. Focuses on creative, child-centered, learning experiences in a supportive, nurturing environment. Provides a lab environment for students and professionals to practice their teaching skills. |
| Eligibility | Provides care and education for the young children of Carroll Community College students, staff, and faculty, as well as residents of the community. |
