| Purpose | To provide a vibrant rental independent, assisted living and memory care retirement community that offers excellent care and quality services in a supportive environment that encourages learning and enrichment. |
| Service | One- and two-bedroom apartments are available in the independent living lifestyle with large bathrooms, full kitchens with dishwashers, disposals, microwaves, washers/dryers, and 24-hour concierge service. The assisted-living lifestyle offers three levels of care, and the award winning Wellspring Village provides a secure and stimulating environment for individuals with Alzheimer's and related dementias. Companion, studio, and one-bedroom apartments in assisted living have large bathrooms, kitchenettes, and a state-of-the-art emergency call system. Residents enjoy a full social calendar with countless opportunities for enjoyment, entertainment, and education. In addition to restaurant-style dining, scheduled transportation, housekeeping, and linen/laundry service, the community also offers two salons, a spa, wellness center, gift shop, fitness center, library with computers, worship center, arts and crafts, billiards, card/game room, pub, and a movie theater. |
