Purpose | The Westminster Rescue Mission is a nonprofit Christian organization committed to seeing lives healed and transformed. |
Service | The Mission's two distinct areas of service include: Our ADDICTION HEALING CENTER (AHC) provides CARF-accredited programming for both Residential and Outpatient services. We offer a holistic approach to substance use disorder treatment from a client-centered perspective. Our current services include: . ASAM levels 3.1, 3.3 & 3.5 Residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment . Outpatient Level 1 (both virtual and on-site) & 2.1 (IOP) . Transitional housing Our multi-faceted, faith-based, treatment approach is tailored for each client regardless of ability to pay. For those experiencing food insecurity, the MISSION FOOD PROGRAM serves as the largest redistributor of food for the charitable food community in Carroll County. Hunger relief is approached through three strategies: . Redistribution of food to approximately 20 free-food organizations within Carroll County . Mobile distributions within the community . Distribution for The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) on the Mission campus |
Eligibility | Residential Recovery Program open to men 18 years and older; food distribution open to Carroll County residents. |
Fees | $500 Intake fee, if capable to pay. Otherwise NO Fee. No additional fees throughout entire 9+ month stay. |
Ages Served | Serves men 18 years of age and older. |
Area Served | Serves men from anywhere. Provides surplus food for households located in Carroll County, MD. |
