| Purpose | To provide recreational swimming, swimming lessons, and a swim team. |
| Service | The pool is located at 325 Royer Road. Hours are noon to 7 pm every day from Memorial Day to Labor Day (after school is out of session). Memberships are available for families or individuals residing in Westminster or Carroll County. Includes an adult pool, a baby pool, water slide, new playground equipment including a NEOS 360 play set, swim lessons, and a swim team. For more information, call the office at 410-857-5633 in season or 410-751-5501 out of season. |
| Fees | Daily admission: $7 per day per person; 10-visit punch card available for $50. Individual and family memberships available. |
