Purpose	To provide a civic and social organization for professional and business people in the vicinity.
Service	Dedicated to the principles of good government, good citizenship, and community service. Provides financial and other support for programs such as the Cancer Society, Red Cross, MD Eye Bank, Westminster Fire Dept., Carroll County Hospital, Carroll County Hospice, Therapeutic Riding, Diabetes Association, and ARC of Carroll County. Provides financial support for eye exams, glasses, hearing tests & hearing aids. Collects used glasses for recycling. Delivers free medical equipment. Delivers scholarships to one student at both Westminster High and Winters Mills High, and two to Carroll County Career and Technology Center. Conducts fundraising activities throughout the year. Meetings are 6:30 on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month at the Westminster VFW.
Eligibility	Membership by invitation only.
Fees	Annual membership dues: $60.
Area Served	Serves Westminster area.
