| Purpose | To meet the recreational needs of the county's citizens by providing a variety of affordable sports programs and recreational services. Current meeting information can be found on the website. |
| Service | Youth activities include art, soccer, wrestling, cheer, rugby, basketball, field hockey, and much more! Programs are held at various schools and facilities in the West Carroll Recreation Council district, as well as the New Windsor Community room. |
