| Purpose | To defend sportsmen and gun owner rights, improve fish and wildlife habitats, and work with the Maryland Department of Natural Resources to achieve fair and reasonable hunting and fishing laws. |

| Service | Provides representatives who will voice collective opinions during the state legislative sessions; provides current information on Maryland Department of Natural Resources, legislative activities, and county matters affecting sportsmen, and supports county youth, 4-H, and hunter safety programs. Meetings are the second Wednesday of each month at various locations, and are open to the public. |
