| Purpose | To provide a means of maintaining independence in the home, a way to shorten or avoid hospitalization, an alternative to nursing home placement, and an overall personalized approach to restoring an individual's health. |
| Service | Licensed and certified home health services include: skilled nursing care to help with managing medications, treatments, and general medical care; home health aides to assist with personal care; speech, physical, and occupational therapy; high tech infusion therapy; cardiac care following bypass or valve replacement surgery, and pulmonary care. |
| Fees | Services are covered by health insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid. |
| Area Served | Serves Baltimore City, and Baltimore, Carroll, Howard, Cecil, Harford, and Anne Arundel counties. |
