| Purpose | To enable people to live independently at home through the provision of nutritious meals, personal contact and related services. |

| Eligibility | Homebound and unable to shop or prepare their own meals - on a permanent or temporary basis - are eligible for our Meals on Wheels home delivered meal program and other support services. |
