| Purpose | To help individuals build families through adoption. |
| Service | This private, non-profit agency offers both domestic and international adoptions. The international program is currently operating in eastern Europe and Asia. Mr. Carver and his family have adopted six children from Russia, giving him personal insight and an interest in helping other children find permanent homes. A separate program, Snowflakes, coordinates the adoption of embryos with many of the same legal and emotional safeguards offered in traditional adoptions.
