| Purpose | Dedicated to the preservation and restoration of architecturally significant properties in the State of Maryland. |
| Service | Arranges house and garden tours in five to seven counties throughout Maryland every year. Each county usually has anywhere from 6 to 12 featured properties. Tours in Carroll County usually occur every 2 to 4 years and are well advertised in advance. Funds generated only go to tax-exempt organizations. |
| Fees | $35 per county tour if purchased in advance or $40 if purchased day of tour. Tickets are available in advance by mail and online, Links to online ticket sales: www.MHGP.org |
