Purpose | To protect the people of Maryland by supervising the activities of parolees and probationers, and reporting their lack of compliance to the judiciary system and the Parole Commission. |
Service | Citizen volunteers assist the Maryland Division of Parole and Probation staff in its mission of public safety. Opportunities for volunteers include, but are not limited to: case supervision, clerical assistance, office receptionist, one-to-one counseling (G.U.I.D.E.), resource aide, transportation assistance, and student intern placement. |
Ages Served | Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older. |
