PurposeTo protect the people of Maryland by supervising the activities of parolees and probationers, and reporting their lack of compliance to the judiciary system and the Parole Commission.
ServiceCitizen volunteers assist the Maryland Division of Parole and Probation staff in its mission of public safety. Opportunities for volunteers include, but are not limited to: case supervision, clerical assistance, office receptionist, one-to-one counseling (G.U.I.D.E.), resource aide, transportation assistance, and student intern placement.
Ages ServedVolunteers must be 18 years of age or older.
Area ServedServes Maryland.
