Purpose	To educate the community about the benefits of complimentary and alternative medicine for stress management, self-care, and understanding the mind-body relationship.
Service	Offers workshops and presentations to promote the understanding of relaxation techniques and self care strategies, and the role of the body in personal growth and development. Workshops on many topics, including Chinese Medicine, the Chakra system, the Drama Triangle, body language and understanding nonverbal communication, are available for groups of all types. Workshops may include the use of guided imagery, breathing techniques, body awareness, gentle movement, meditation, relationship dynamics, and nonverbal communication. Individual and group sessions are available. Other services include meditation, integrative bodywork, integrative reflexology, and energy work, by appointment. Call for additional information.
