Purpose | To meet the recreational and leisure needs of the physically, mentally, and emotionally disabled populations of Carroll County. |
Service | Provide therapeutic programming throughout Carroll County for youth and adults, and seniors with disabilities. We offer programs such as bowling, basketball, water therapy, track and field training, art, recreational games, music therapy, summer day camp, soccer, basketball, and more! We are always seeking volunteers who are interested in working with children and adults with disabilities. Council membership consists of consumers, advocates, parents, and other provider-agency representatives. Reach out to Carroll County Recreation & Parks for more information and to volunteer. |
Eligibility | Serves persons 2 years old and older with disabilities. |
Fees | Fees vary and scholarships are available. |
