Purpose	To schedule reservations for the pavilions available in the park and schedule any special events to be held in the park.
Service	Taneytown Memorial Park, Playground Road, is the City’s largest park. Home of forty acres of open green grass and trees for shading, this park is the perfect setting for a picnic or family gathering. Sport fields and equipment help fill the park. Activities such as football, baseball/softball, basketball, tennis with lighted courts, a fishing pond, 2 playgrounds, restrooms, parking and eight-picnic pavilions with electricity will make your visit more enjoyable. The basketball and tennis courts were just renovated, so please come to the park and have fun.
