| Purpose | To provide a high quality learning environment for children so they may develop, learn, and grow together. |
| Service | Sprouts is licensed through the Maryland State Department of Education to provide the following programs: Infant and Toddler: We know that the first two years of life are critical to a child’s development. During this delicate period, children are discovering who they are and how others respond to them. Preschoolers: As they learn to understand others and express their ideas more efficiently, the environment for a preschooler becomes larger and richer. In addition to this growth, preschoolers are changing physically and gaining strength, agility and coordination. School-Agers: Children five to 12 years of age can be enrolled in our Before and After-school program. Transportation is provided by the Carroll County Board of Education Transportation Services to and from Charles Carroll Elementary School. Snacks, Homework Help and other extracurricular activities are planned and implemented through this program. Summer Camp and School’s Out Days are other ways our older children can enjoy being here at Sprouts. |
