| To offer a place to learn and practice Therevada Buddhist Meditation in the tradition of Sayagyi U Ba Khin. |
| Members practice meditation daily, on the weekends, and during frequent 10-day intensive residential retreats, which are the core of the practice. These retreats are open to anyone by application. The public is always welcome to tour the facility and ask any questions about Buddhism or meditation. Please call in advance. Speakers are also available on these topics for any interested groups. It is not necessary to be a Buddhist to practice meditation, anyone interested may apply. The center is affiliated with International Meditation Centers in Myanmar, England, Australia, and Austria.
