| Purpose | To represent the interests of the Democratic Party in Carroll County, and organize its activities. |
| Service | The members of the Carroll County Democratic Central Committee for 2006-2010 are: Martin Radinsky, Chair; Robert Mitchell, Vice Chair; David O'Callaghan, Treasurer; Kellie Buie, Secretary; George Maloney, Jackie Jones, Wayne Cassell, Frank Rammes, Maureen Dincher, Anita Riley, Laura O'Callaghan, Maxine Wooleyhand, Bob Castor, Sharon Baker, Ron Zepp, and Catherine Hartman. Members are elected every four years by the county's registered Democrats in the primary election and assume their duties immediately. Carroll County Democratic Central Committee members also serve on the Democratic State Central Committee of Maryland. |
